First time use of ePVS and the Customer Knowledge Base

Welcome to the ePVS and the Knowlege Base ePVS Customer Handbook.

Please go through this section and review its information. This section will show you how to log on to ePVS, as well as give you good knowledge, and experience for the navigation, and use of the ePVS module. It will also aid in the training process by giving you a common frame of reference for when training commences.

Log On

You’ve probably received, or soon will be receiving your Log On information and have access to the ePVS Module, once your coach creates it. It will be in an email. If you didn’t receive it or activate it within 24 hours, send a note to your coach to resend the activation instructions.

When you open the ePVS module, to get to this handbook, you can simply click on the Question Mark ?  in the upper right hand corner. This link will open a window with the Customer Handbook for 4.2.

 

The manuals are split up into separate sections. Each section should have a table of contents, as well as some having a relevant tutorial videos (on the right on this webpage), to cover the material. However if you wish you can see a full version of the manual eat it by clicking on the 1st section for a PDF macro version of the End User Training Manual. Otherwise in the landing page for the customer handbook or the End User Training Manual, there is a link to get a full PDF version of the End User Training Manual if you desire.

1. Logging In and First time use. Log on to ePVS 4.2 - ​Log on to ePVS 4.2

In this video it will show you how to log in for the first time. An administrator will create a profile for you in which you will receive an email of your temporary password. The user can use this password to gain access to ePVS browser. After completion of this video, go to the next video Changing Your Password After Your First Login.

3. Navigating the Top Menu Bar: ​Top Menu Bar ePVS 4.2

This video will show you the functionality of the top menu.

 

2. Changing your password after your first log in - ​Log on to ePVS 4.2

After logging in the first time to the ePVS browser, it would be important to change the password from your temporary, to a desired password.

4. Navigation of the Main Menu: ​Main Menu ePVS 4.2

This video will display the functionality and use of the main menu or left hand side menu. It will display all the functions that an end user can see and utilize. Admin functions will be in another video for personnel with an admin level license.
