Notes
There is a Notes section in the system that allows users to make notes at a specific object level. There is also an option to add notes in the cycle browser.
The notes section has three separate tabs for use your notes, cycle notes, and system. Unlike regular notes, system notes are displayed across the entire system, not just at a certain level, when selected.
Each note can be edited to correct or add comments to, as well as being deleted.
A green notification icon will be displayed when a new note or form are added to the database.
Adding a Note
To add a note simply click the add note button with a + sign to the left. This will open the + Add Note editing window.
Name the note with the Title.
Write a detailed note about the issues you wish to convey.
Select a Priority. If no priority is set, then it will be set at default.
Select an object from the Object Selection Tree. Once selected, it will display your selection below.
Add any Labels to the note.
Add any relevant files to the note. This can be in many forms such as, jpg, PDF, or other various document formats.
If you would like this to be a System message, then click the Is System Message check box. By doing this, means that this note will appear at every level selected.
Carefully review your note and your configuration, then click the Submit button to finish.
If needed, a user can add a comment to the note. Just click on the "Write your comment here" area and you can input your comment as needed.
Add Subscriptions
The users can subscribe to the notes section. By doing this they can have the currently selected notes sent to them by day and time. Simply click on the add subscriptions link. This will open the subscription editor.
Just follow along and add what is needed to complete your subscription. Follow the steps below:
Enter a name for the subscription.
Select an object from the object tree.
Select the day and the time you would like to receive the subscription of the notes.
Select the priority of the note.
Enter an email of the recipients. You can enter several recipients, however, ensure you enter one email per line.
Review your input information, and then use the back button, to go back and make any corrections. When completed click the done button or the submit button.
Enter a name for the subscription.
Select an object from the object tree.
Select the day and the time you would like to receive the subscription of the notes.
Select the priority of the note.
Enter an email of the recipients. You can enter several recipients, however, ensure you enter one email per line.
Review your input information, and then use the back button, to go back and make any corrections. When completed click the done button or the submit button.
Forms
A new addition to the Notes section, is ePVS forms. These are forms that are completely configurable and can be tailored to the needs of the users.
Once the form is put in place an icon will appear in the upper right hand side of the browser. From there a user can easily click on it and select from a list of created forms by the users.
To create a form, users need to have admin rights to get to the create form section within the admin section.

Adding a Form
Edit Form Props
Name
When opening and creating a new form the edit form props window will open. From there enter the name of the form. This will appear at the top of every form. In this example the name is template of available form functions.
Description
Below that is the description. Enter a brief description of the form.
Form Output
Map to Asset (Optional)
all forms have the option to be linked to a particular object from a line all the way down to an asset, simply utilize the object tree to select the object you would like the form to be linked to.
Labels (Optional)
Users can also create a label to tag the form with. Simply click on the label area, and any labels that were previously created, will appear below. If you don't have or see when you want you can create your own tag.
Editor Field Functions
Checkbox Group
The Checkbox group is a module where you can make a list of tasks to check off. The user can select that this check box be required in every form when used.
Required
The required checkbox will not allow the users to submit, unless the Checkbox Group is filled out.
Label
First select the label, this will be the title of the checkbox group you could use a sentence to describe what you want checked off. The label edit box will display whatever is written here above the checkbox group, otherwise if left as checks box group, that is what will appear above it.
Help Text
The user can also insert some help text which will appear next to the label so when hovered over it will give an explanation of your choice.
Toggle
Inline
Select the inline option to have the check boxes in line as a paragraph. Otherwise they will be labeled one on top of another.
Name
Under the name section select the name you would like to appear just for this checkbox module.
In the name edit box, this is what is displayed on a form result, or after a form is filled out. If left without changing it, it will read check box -group-I.D. serial number.
Enable Other
Enable other check box full let the users enter and unlisted option. The options are where the author can fill out what the options are.
Options
An option field by default starts with one option, where the user can select that option. More options can be added if needed. To add an option click the add option plus button to the right. Add as many as you like.
When finished look over your input then click close to collapse it to its display form.
The form can be edited by the author, however after the form is filled out, it is permanent.
Date Field
Required
The required checkbox will not allow the users to submit, unless the Checkbox Group is filled out.
Label
First select the label, this will be the title of the checkbox group you could use a sentence to describe what you want checked off. The label edit box will display whatever is written here above the checkbox group, otherwise if left as checks box group, that is what will appear above it.

File Upload

This is an area that can be populated in several different forms, including, Paragraph, Address, Blockquote, Canvas, and Output.
Type

The author can dictate the amount of rows to be set in the input text area.
Subscriptions
To add a subscription to a form, go to the notes and form section, in the form section click on the subscribe to forms. A window will appear where you could select the form you would like to subscribe to. Then enter your e-mail address in the edit area to the right of the form you want to subscribe to. After your addresses entered, click the + to add it to the form.
Delete or Remove Subscriptions
To delete your e-mail from the subscription simply click on the view and delete subscriptions button in the lower left-hand side of the subscribe forms window. The window will open up with a list of the forms and all the subscriptions two each form. The user can simply click on the delete e-mail to remove their e-mail from that forms subscription. The users also have the ability to delete all subscriptions from a form.
